Limited Submissions

Limited Submissions are funding opportunities from federal, state, and private organizations that restrict the number of applications an institution can submit.

The UCF Limited Submissions Office serves as the university’s central authority for all limited submission opportunities, regardless of the submitting entity (i.e., UCF, UCF Research Foundation, and UCF Foundation).  

All identified limited submission opportunities are posted in the UCF InfoReady portal with instructions and shared university-wide to faculty in a weekly email from limitedsub@ucf.edu. Please add limitedsub@ucf.edu and support@inforeadyreview.com to your Safe Senders list to make sure you receive alerts as an applicant/reviewer. If you do not receive the weekly alert or do not see an active Limited Submission opportunity posted in InfoReady, notify this office as soon as possible.

The postings in InfoReady provide information on required internal deadlines and application requirements. To allow adequate time for submission, review, selection, and post-selection revisions, internal deadlines are set well in advance of sponsor deadlines.

Internal Notice of Intent and White Paper submissions must be submitted via the posting in InfoReady to be included for consideration. Failure to follow the established limited submission process may affect a PI’s eligibility for future limited submission opportunities.
