Industry Readiness Program
The Office of Research, Research Development, and UCF Advancement & Partnerships have joined forces with the newly formed Industry Readiness Council – comprised of industry subject matter experts – to offer a comprehensive professional development opportunity. This initiative includes a one-day intensive boot camp and a fall seminar series designed to prepare faculty for meaningful industry engagement. By the conclusion of these offerings, participating faculty will:
- Develop increased confidence, strategic competencies, and contextual awareness to effectively engage with industry and community partners.
- Articulate both individual and institutional value propositions in alignment with partnership goals.
- Strengthen their capacity to translate academic research and scholarly
- Gain familiarity with key University of Central Florida (UCF) resources and support systems designed to facilitate research collaborations.
