He specializes in evaluating physical sciences technologies for patentability, commercialization potential, and business development opportunities, as well as building early-stage physical sciences ventures. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCF. Before joining UCF, Marcos worked in industry as an engineer and inventor designing digital communications systems for a company he co-founded, where he also managed the company\u2019s patent portfolio.
