The Next Generation of Aviation Selection: Unmanned Aerial Systems    




Description:

The goal of this study is to investigate whether the Performance Based Measurement (PBM) selection test assesses the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) it claims to. To do this, participants will be asked to take the PBM and complete a set of surveys that measure factors similar to the PBM (i.e., spatial/mental ability, selective auditory attention, psychomotor, multitasking) and dissimilar factors (e.g., leadership skills). You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this study. It is expected that this study will take approximately 3-5 hours.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. Citizen. Additionally, participants who have a history of seizures will be unable to participate.
