Assessing Team Collaboration During Exploration    




Description:

The purpose of this study is to examine what characteristics of individuals and teams are necessary for successful team interactions over time. You will be asked to collaborate with other participants in a multiplayer game in which players with different roles work together to accomplish a shared goal. This study will take approximately 3 hours and you will be compensated $40 ($13.33 per hour). You will be asked to answer several questionnaires about yourself, and at several points throughout the game you will stop and complete measures. This study takes place in the psychology building - participants should wait for the experimenter in the waiting area of the PSY203 I/O suite. Please be sure to bring your student ID with you to the session - this is a requirement to participate.
