Guidance for Engaging in Activities with High Risk Entities
The U.S. Government prohibits U.S. entities from engaging in activities with parties that are identified on the U.S. Denied Parties Lists. Separate from these lists, certain entities have been identified through publicly available information as entities known to target U.S. technology and/or have affiliations that are counter to U.S. National Security interests (High Risk Entities).
At this time, the University of Central Florida will not engage in activities with High Risk Entities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Accepting Gifts/Donations;
- Conducting research activities;
- Entering into contractual agreements (i.e. Memorandums of understanding, procurement contracts, research agreements, etc.).
A list of High Risk Entities is included in the below attachment. This list will be updated periodically. Also included below are links to additional resources. If you have any questions regarding this information, please contact the Associate Director of the Office of Export Controls Compliance at Ashley.Guritza@ucf.edu.
