Below is a listing of the standard operating procedures followed by the UCF IRB and IRB Office, as well as a listing of the checklists and worksheets that the IRB and IRB Office use to guide and document their decision-making. The most recent version of these documents can be found in the Huron IRB Library.

Investigators may be particularly interested in referencing checklist “HRP-314: Criteria for Approval and Additional Considerations.” IRB members must verify that these criteria are met, in compliance with federal regulations, in order to approve a protocol. Investigators may wish to review these checklists to ensure that, where applicable, they have addressed these issues in advance of IRB submission.
