Tom Hall, LCSW, serves as Director, Education and Training Programs at the University of Central Florida. He directs campus-wide Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug intervention and prevention services for over 40,000 undergraduates. His career has spanned two decades of public health service. He is responsible for  implementation and evaluation of environmental management strategies for the university and community related to addressing college-aged substance misuse.

Mr. Hall works closely with the UCF Clinical Psychology department to offer intervention services for students with alcohol and drug concerns, to conduct research to improve the quality of services offered through the university, and add to the fund of knowledge of evidence based prevention and intervention strategies. Mr. Hall is an adjunct faculty member of the UCF College of Medicine and the UCF School of Social Work. He is the chair of the campus/community Alcohol Advisory Committee, and serves in numerous capacities as a consultant for ongoing efforts to reduce alcohol consumption among student populations.

Mr. Hall is a board member of the Orange County Coalition for a Drug- Free Community; through the coalition, he works with law enforcement agencies, faith based agencies and area colleges to develop effective community enforcement and intervention strategies. Mr. Hall is the chair of the American College Personnel Association Commission on Alcohol and Other Drug Issues, and he frequently consults with other universities regarding AOD intervention and prevention services.
