IRB Membership Representation


Kendra has over 25 years of experience working with the health care and research enterprise.  Her research-related work includes human subject protection issues, conflict of interest management, research misconduct investigations, compliance effectiveness assessments, policy development, and other related projects.  Kendra has had first hand experience working with the research community, including serving as counsel to the NIH Office of Research Integrity, directing the NIH Office of Legislative Policy and Analysis, working on NIH intramural research investigations, as well as working with health care providers and research institutions extensively.

Kendra is a frequent speaker on research and compliance issues for many associations, including HCCA, AHLA, HCCS, and others.  She is written numerous articles and book chapters on healthcare compliance, research, and fraud and abuse issues.
