Faculty Can Now Monitor Proposal & Grant Activity On-Line!

UCF faculty can now monitor and manage their proposal and grant activities via the web. The Office of Research in collaboration with the Institute for Simulation and Training (IST), have developed a site that gives researchers the ability to electronically:

• Submit their proposals on-line for approval and submission to agencies
• Review their project deliverables
• Review subcontract deliverables
• Check account balances and review expenditures
• View scanned images of their contracts
• Receive automated reminder notifications of upcoming deliverables
• Submit biographical information to the system for searching
• Create and save complex queries
• Search for funding opportunities and receive weekly automated search results

The system was created to provide individual researchers and administrators with the tools necessary to efficiently manage the extramural activities under their purview. Administrators will be able to use the system to track activity in the units in real time, search for complimentary researchers across campus, and see how they are doing overall compared to previous years.
