Once a new award/modification is generated, the Principal Investigator
(PI) will receive an e-mail from the Office of Research & Commercialization
(ORC). This e-mail will contain general information about the
award/modification such as the agency, project title, account
number, etc. In addition, the subject line will indicate the
primary action achieved by the document (e.g., "New Award - $90,000;
Modification to XX-XX-XXX - Additional funding in the amount
of $100,000; Modification to XX-XX-XXX - Budget Transfer from
OPS to SAL in the amount of $525)
A web address will be provided in the e-mail for the PI, Co-PI(s), and
remaining cc's to click on for access to ORC's server. From here
the award/modification documents can be viewed and printed as
necessary.
