Proposal opportunity for Student, Faculty and Fellows Engineering & Technical Services Performance-Based Work Statement

Support will be required from concept development in an academic environment to the implementation and execution of the program tasks in the field of Joint Operations, Training, Experimentation, Requirements, Joint Integration and Interoperability (JI&I), all planned to improve the capability of the warfighter for U.S. and multi-national operations and interaction with various agencies and organizations.

Personnel assigned will be required to hold a minimum SECRET clearance when task is executed at a government location. Top Secret clearances may be required and identified by specific tasks. Students and Faculty will not require a secret clearance if the task is unclassified and conducted at the university site. The performance of this contract is associated primarily with the formulative stages of program execution, requiring personnel with skill sets and experience gained over an extended period of time, working the full range of warfighter requirements, planning, execution and assessment. Education is a critical element since an objective in the development of products for reuse is to ensure that transformation of the processes are integrated into the academic environment that will be producing the workforce to backfill the critical skill sets that are provided by this contract as attrition takes place and preparing for future competition.
