The Office of Research & Commercialization is committed to training and outreach on all topics of research compliance as a service to our faculty and research staff.
ECRT System Certification
We encourage all those who are involved in conducting or administering sponsored research (Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, A&P, and Post Docs) attend training sessions. Our Spring training session will be announced soon.
We have developed training materials to guide Certifiers and Effort Coordinators through the upgraded ECRT System:

It is encouraged that all Principal Investigators, Co-Principal Investigators, Research Associates, College/Departmental administrators and staff, and all others who are involved in conducting or administering research attend these sessions.
Ongoing Training
The Office of Research and Commercialization is planning an enhanced training and outreach initiative. We would like to solicit your input in the development and implementation of a broad training program for the conduct of research and grant activity at the University of Central Florida. We have evaluated training programs at other universities, and look forward to implementing a training schedule that will be responsive to you, our clients.
